Dr. Jeffrey Crook


Dr. Jeffrey R. Crook began his tenure as superintendent on July 1, 2017.  Dr. Crook has been in education for 23 years, most recently spending two years as superintendent in Hampshire County in West Virginia's eastern panhandle.  Dr. Crook began his career in Norfolk, Virginia, where he served as a Health and Physical Education teacher and athletic coach at Granby High School. He has served as an Assistant Principal, High School Principal, and Assistant Superintendent. Dr. Crook earned his Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and his Doctor of Education degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. He is married to his lovely wife Cindy.  They have two sons, Tyler and Jake, and a golden retriever named Gabe.
