A 1965 graduate of Moundsville High School, Brenda Coffield is a retired Marshall County Schools employee. She served the district as a secretary for 26 years, 25 of those years as the main office secretary at John Marshall High School. Coffield’s top priorities as a board member are the students of Marshall County along with fiscal responsibility and accountability.

She is a Lifetime Member of the West Virginia PTA, a member of the John Marshall Wall of Fame, has served on various scholarship committees throughout her career in the school system and is a member of the Marshall County Farm Bureau.

Coffield and her husband Bill own and operate Oak Dale Farm and in 2011 they were selected as one of the Marshall County Century Farms of the Year.
