Message to Staff --
Our Help Desk vendor has recently updated their program. If you have experienced an issue with being logged out directly after logging in or being prompted to login after searching, you will need to clean up the cookies on your browser.
This can be done by clicking HERE or by clicking on the HelpDesk shortcut with the word "Fix" on it found below.
The link will clean up the cookies relating to the Help Desk software. After following the link, you should be able to click on the Work Orders shortcut as usual.
