Sandy Norton

   After graduation, my family moved to Oklahoma, where I attended OU. Then we moved to Florida, where I attended Daytona Beach Junior College and met my first husband. We have two boys, Carlos and Tristan, who are almost middle aged themselves!! Carlos is a computer analyst for the Saint John's Water Authority and Tristan is an elementary school teacher. I also have a granddaughter, Lily, who is 11. We finally settled in South Daytona, Florida where I've lived since 1965.

   In December 1972, I went to work for Sun Bank, where I was a check filer. Today, 32 ½ years later, I'm still there holding the title of vice president. The name has changed to SunTrust.
I plan to retire on December 31, 2006. Rah, Rah, Rah!!!

   My father passed away in 1995 and my mother moved in with my sister, Marcia, who lives about a mile away.
We get together at least twice a week.

   My husband, Ron, and I are very active in the Fraternal Order of Eagles. In June of this year at the state convention, Ron and I were named Mr. and Mrs. Florida State Eagle 2005-2006. Quite a surprise and honor.

  In closing I would like to say that I cherish the memories of my four years at Moundsville High School.
