The Marshall County Chamber of Commerce has announced the theme for this year’s Christmas parade is “Toy Trains and Candy Canes.”

The winning entry was submitted by Hilltop Elementary School Pre-K student Huxley Hart. He won a $100 cash prize, and the Chamber will give Huxley’s classmates a pizza party in his honor. He will also be recognized by being featured in the parade on Saturday, November 23, 2024, along Jefferson Avenue in Moundsville.

The 54th annual Marshall County Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade will be broadcast live on the WJMH Media YouTube channel, beginning at 2:00 pm, for those who are not able to attend in person.
