Some problems can be solved quickly on your own so you can make the best use of your instructional time. Here are some issues and possible solutions that you can try in your own room or computer lab. Of course, if you can't solve it yourself and need assistance, technology help requests need to be submitted to the help desk system so your local technology facilitator or county officer personnel can see the problem and work to solve it. YouTube Doesn't Work - Won't Ask for Webtop Login

The following steps will help you access YouTube using INTERNET EXPLORER ONLY. The state has not setup any other web browser to access YouTube. The following instructions have been successful, but sometimes it has taken one or two times through the process to work. Also, sometimes it has taken a reboot instead of just exiting the browser in step 5. Also, this process will get rid of your stored favorites, links on the favorites bar, browser history, etc. You should record any important web addresses before this process IF you rely on those links to visit the page.

Open Internet Explorer. Have only one IE tab open.
Click gear symbol at top right > Internet Options > Advanced Tab
Click Reset > Check box that says “Delete Personal Settings”
Click Reset.
You will need to close and reopen IE. (I did this the first time and it didn’t work. The 2nd time I rebooted my PC and it worked.)
Test YouTube. That should fix it.
