Request Media Coverage

If you would like your story or event to receive media coverage, please complete the request form below.

 

Requests will be processed in the order received.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Requests must be received at least four weeks before your event date for consideration.
  • This is just a request for consideration and not a guarantee for coverage.
  • The person making the request must provide detailed information for all event participants.
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of successfully submitting your Media Request.  If you don't receive a confirmation email, please contact the Communications Coordinator.
