BOB'S LUNCH

7202012BOBSLUNCHPIX (1)

Notice was sent out on Wednesday the 18th by email and Donna's phone calls to let people coming ot the reunion know that there was going to be a chance to get tour coupons and of an early chance to visit by having lunch at Bob's Lunch restaurant on Friday July 20 from 11:00 to 1:00. This opportunity was necessary because the Class ID tags would not be available until the evening Meet -n- Greet session. The special rates were to be made available for those with the ID tag or with the coupon. Access to the coupons had to be made available early for those wanting to tour on Friday afternoon. Mick was going to be there to pass out the coupons while all others were coming to start the visit early.
We all had a nice visit and "broke the ice" on conversations for the weekend. Some got coupons while others came to visit and try the fries with gravy to see if their taste memories functioned back when that was a "must order" when we were eating there in the 1960's.

The Balgavy's, after doing a walking tour of the Jefferson Avenue business district,  took a coupon for the Palace of Gold tour. The Gunto's were the tour leaders who took the Lewandosky's  to the Marx Toy Museum. They all made the tour on Friday afternoon so they could get something else to do on Saturday.
